Additional Fees	Tax included in displayed prices. No shipping (digital product). Konbini payment carries a ¥220 and Pay-easy a ¥190 payment fee (KOMOJU), paid by the customer and added on the payment page. No fee for credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paidy. Internet connection charges are borne by the customer.
Payment Timing	Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay: at time of purchase. Konbini and Pay-easy: within 2 days of order (unpaid orders are cancelled automatically). Paidy: settled at purchase; you pay Paidy under Paidy’s terms.
Delivery Timing	Photos are generated before payment. As soon as payment is confirmed, the watermark-free photos can be downloaded from the result page (konbini and Pay-easy: once the payment is received).
Download Period	30 days from payment. After that, the photos and order data are deleted automatically.
System Requirements	Current Safari (iOS/macOS), Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Downloading requires an internet connection.
Returns & Refunds	Before paying, you see one of the 4 photos you will receive, exactly as delivered, watermarked (the other 3 are shown blurred and are revealed after payment). Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds are not accepted after payment. If a technical fault on our side prevents the download, we refund the full amount. Withdrawal of Application	Due to the nature of digital content, cancellation after purchase confirmation is not possible.
