Common questions
How much does it cost?
¥800 (tax included) for four versions of your job-hunting or résumé photo — ¥200 per photo. No monthly charges; konbini and Pay-easy add a ¥220 / ¥190 payment fee.
Can I see the result before paying?
Yes. Upload a selfie and you get a free, watermarked preview made from your own face. Pay only if you like it.
How can I pay?
Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Stripe), plus konbini (convenience-store) payment, Paidy (pay later) and Pay-easy (via KOMOJU). We never store your card number.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
Neither. After payment you download all four on the spot. It's a one-time payment with no auto-billing.
What about refunds and how long are photos kept?
Because you see one of the four finished photos in the preview before paying, we don't offer refunds after payment (except a full refund if a technical fault on our side prevents the download). Photos are kept for 30 days after payment, then deleted automatically. You can also delete them sooner at any time with “Delete my photos now” on the result page.
